Digital Twins: Venues and City-Scale
Connecting the real world to the Metaverse begins with 1:1 scale digital twins for buildings, venues, arenas, stadiums, malls, universities, museums, office buildings, and much more.
Individually, digital twins are powerful ways to establish a presence in the Metaverse and reach the global markets. Linking these to city-scale digital twins based on the real-world provides context and relevance in a holistic approach necessary for global-scale metaverse.
Users explore and interact with these digital twins for tourism, fan engagement, retail, education, marketing, workforce collaboration, integrated with loyalty and rewards programs, and much more.
With our unique patented technology, remote users (using VR) exploring a digital twin can also interact with local users (using mobile AR) in a world-first experience that creates new capabilities to interact with each other. Borders and distance are no longer limitations.
Metaverse Apartments
Launching in January 2024, users will be able to sign up and register for a free basic Metaverse apartment in Omniscape™. Each apartment is a private space and users can invite their friends to hang out, interact, and more.
Each apartment can be customized with items from the Omniscape™ marketplace or objects traded between friends. More advanced apartments, homes, or even entire buildings or islands will be available as our creator community grows and new content is made available in the Marketplace. Some locations can be bought/sold, and others leased long-term via subscription.
Apartments can be linked to any location in the real-world via city-scale digital twin, or in any virtual world that is part of Omniscape™.

Virtual Real Estate
We treat locations like domain names. You buy a Virtual Real Estate (VRE) location based on the real-world in a 3D digital twin for a low fee, and you earn a small percentage of revenues generated at that location from AR/VR activity (paid content placement, spatial advertising, etc.). You will have the option to sell the location to someone else in the Marketplace or renew it after the two year term for a small renewal fee.
We offer something similar for Businesses called Digital Airspace (DA), that offer a small participation in revenue generated at the location.
Both of these are based on individual location units that are a few meters across. Options for locations and long-term revenue share at the City and State level are available on a limited basis for pre-qualified buyers or may be auctioned during special events.
VRE will be available in other Omniscape worlds that are created and not based on the real-world digital twin. This includes building rights as well as revenue share.
The VRE map tool is currently undergoing a complete redesign and rework, with an expected launch by Q2 2024.
MetaPets™ Boximon™
MetaPets™ Series 1 featuring the Boximon™ are launching early access in January 2024!
MetaPets™ are virtual companions that exist in mobile AR and in VR at the same time, can be customized, upgraded, and powered up. Some Boximon™ can be combined to unlock secret and super rare Boximon™.
MetaPets™ can interact with each other and will evolve with new behaviors and interactions over time. Each Boximon™ crate includes one Boximon™, and potentially several other items such as a nametag (used to change the name of your Boximon), ink pots (apply to change the color), and crate fragments or debris, which can be combined to create a new Boximon™ crate.
There are four releases of Boximon™, one for each quarter of 2024. Each release has 12 of the 52 core Boximon™ and a 13th secret Boximon™.

Creator Tools
We are developing a host of tools for creators that will make it fast and easy to share and sell content in the marketplace, or create and publish content and experiences on Omniscape™ in augmented reality or virtual reality.
Omniscape™ will launch a creator community in 2024, as well as other tools for contributors that want to help build the most powerful metaverse platform in the world.
